The station has a full service repair shop. Also sells gas and the closes dispenser to the C-Store are full service.
The person runs the store will pumps the gas for the customer and provides other service if the customer requested.
The C-Store sales cigarettes, accessories, beverages and Lotto.
On the average, the station sells 40,000 gallons per month.
Over all mark up on gas is an average of $.22 per gallon, do to the Full Service dispenser.
The owner has increase sales in the repair shop, buy providing repairs for the Arlington Hts. Post Office also those repairs for same of the Comcast trucks.
Hourly labor is $90.00.

NOTE: Both Mechanics do also the estimation of the jobs.

The tanks were replaced in 1997. Total of 3 tanks, double line fiber glass, also all the pipes are double pipe fiber glass.
Two tanks are 10,000 gallons, one is mid grade gas and one premium gas. The third tank is 12,000 gallons and carries regular gas. They have 4 double side dispensers with 6 hoses per dispenser. Each dispenser has a catch basin underneath.
Also in the store they have TLS350 Tank Monitor.

At the present time, the station is Marathon and the agreement is with Parent Petroleum.
